How do we schedule routine maintenance?

Your Oneliance regional manager will recommend routine maintenance based on your building’s use, condition, and warranty. Supplemental cleaning will be set by that scope. Your manager can give quotes for extra services as needed.

Is routine maintenance included in our janitorial services contract?

Routine maintenance goes beyond daily janitorial work. It uses specialized tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals and requires additional labor. You can add it to your contract or price it separately.
