Does your team bring its own equipment and chemicals?

Yes, our team brings industrial-grade equipment, tools, and chemicals to properly service a commercial facility.

How do you train your employees?

All employees receive thorough training before starting at Oneliance. This includes classroom-based learning, videos of proper technique, safety training, standard operating procedures in English and Spanish, as well as an in-depth hands-on training once staff starts on site.

Do you perform ‘green cleaning’ services?

Yes. All chemicals we work with comply with regulatory standards for the care and maintenance of non-clinical commercial spaces. Our ‘green cleaning’ service includes sustainable chemicals, waste reduction, and other best practices outlined by industry groups and standards such as WELL, LEED, and BREEAM.

How often will you clean my building?

Scope of work is determined by the type of building, usage, client schedule, risk factors and regulatory requirements. We work with our clients to create a schedule that addresses all areas of your buildings. Some areas require higher touch service than others. We include varying frequencies based on the need such as daily restroom cleaning and weekly cleaning of backroom areas.

We can provide cleaning services in the evenings and weekends, daytime, and support 24/7 operations.

How will I know what got cleaned?

All Oneliance cleaning crews use our mobile app to track their progress. This app includes push notifications of tasks, activity check in/out with photo evidence, geofencing to track efficiency, GPS, heatmapping and other integrated technology to support operations.

This information is analyzed by our regional managers and central office team for task completion and reporting.

What if I am not happy with a cleaning service?

We take pride in the quality of our work. Oneliance on-site supervisors and regional managers are always ready to respond. Send an email or call your regional manager with any questions or concerns. Photo documentation of the area in question is appreciated.

What is janitorial routine maintenance? What does it include?

Buildings require consistent care. In addition to your regularly scheduled cleaning, Oneliance can provide specialized cleaning services to maintain furniture, fixtures, and equipment. This additional service helps to keep your building looking its best while supporting item warranties.

This may include floor care, stripping, waxing, carpet cleaning, detailed deep cleaning, wall/partition cleaning, window washing, pressure washing of exterior walls, etc.

Can I expand my scope of work to include other buildings?

Yes. Many of our clients increase their scope of work to include additional facilities in their commercial real estate portfolio. Grouping multiple buildings together under one janitorial services contract supports consistency across your portfolio, makes it easier to manage, and ultimately, lower cost.
